Year 4 students visited Magdalen College, Oxford
Year 4 pupils at Pimlico Primary visited Magdalen College, Oxford, where they learned about student life, doing a degree, and about the history of the university.
Some students even learned what it would be like to graduate by wearing the full length gown, and mortar board common of university graduation ceremonies.
The programme was held as part of the school's Education Enrichment programme, funded by Future, a charity established by Lord and Lady Nash. The programme enhances the curriculum through careers advice and skills assessment, promoting the curriculum outside the classroom, and developing students' opportunities .
We are looking forward to further involvement in the Education Enrichment programme in the future.
