In Year 1 PHSE, the current theme is 'tackling new challenges'. Last week our students created instructions and practiced the process needed to make a delicious jam sandwich. Being able to follow instructions and make basic food is a great life skill to develop! https://t.co/wEcRUBHVSG

On Friday, our KS2 students took part in a Design Technology Day! The students were challenged to design - make - evaluate a range of specific mechanisms. Year 3 were tasked with creating a 'zones of regulation' board using levers. ️ https://t.co/HlgET18A9i
Last week, Year 5 used their understanding of gravity, air resistance and surface area to design and create simple paper parachutes. After completion, we tested them by dropping them and seeing whether ‘Eggbert’ the egg survived the fall! https://t.co/Ry5OJb2KEs
